Activate Your Smart Device

We recently improved the security of our products with a 32-bit encryption and allowed the ability for you to have a social and business profile in one - as requested 🙂

Don’t worry, there’s an easy fix to getting your Blue Smart Card or Button working again.

Reactivate your Blue Smart device using the most recent version of the app and you're ready to connect. 🔌

Step 1.

Update Blue Social in your app store to the latest version.

Step 2.

Go To The Menu in your Blue Social App and select "Activate Smart Device"

Step 3.

Tap "Activate" and hold your Blue Smart Device on the back of your phone for 3 seconds.
